  Stayed for 2 nights in a family room on the boiling hot may bank holiday weekend. The room was clean The air-conditioning worked perfectly. We slept really well. The family room was a bit bigger than many 4 bed premier inns that we have stayed in recently. Free WiFi was fine Usb chargers next to bed Normal premier inn breakfast, which was running out but staff were running off their feet trying to replace. Check in and out easy. Couldn't be more obvious that you need to put your cars number plate into the I pad to avoid a fine. Ideally located for flamingo land and north Yorkshire railway. We had a lovely walk around Pickering where there are plenty of restaurant options.

  Usual premier inn standards. Comfy room, quiet night, good breakfast. The staff were nice but not enough of them. Only one poor guy doing everything at breakfast including answering the phone

  Absolutely amazing! What an absolute pleasure it was staying with you this past weekend in April! The Manager is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond to make your stay better if she can! Absolutely fantastic we will be back! Breakfast amazing and runny yolk eggs! Definitely worth a visit! Nice clean and tidy front of house. Well presented & a massive thank you too all staff! You’re all absolutely amazing.

  Not bad, nice rooms, fair price, easy to find and park, we had a relaxing stay overall Could've been better - staff were friendly, when they were available, which didn't seem to be too often. There just wasn't a real presence in reception a lot of the time, which was frustrating. We went down for breakfast and there was no one in sight for about 15 minutes, we were standing about with our toddler waiting for someone to come and seat us, then when someone finally did come we received no apology. So much for the 'unlimited breakfast' by the way - all the pastries gone by 10:20am, no water or orange juice left in the containers, and by 10:30am there were no fried eggs, sausages or hash browns available at all (sausages did eventually come after I asked) - it just felt like we were an inconvenience arriving 'late'.
